Cyclos is a comprehensive online banking solution designed to incorporate additional modules such as e-commerce and communication tools. Developed and provided by the NGO STRO (Social Trade Organization), this platform offers organizations a range of functionalities to facilitate financial transactions and community management through its mobile application.

The application enables users to perform simple payments, monitor account balances, review transaction histories, and manage contacts. It also allows users to view profiles of other members, register new users, and authenticate via fingerprint recognition for enhanced security. Advanced features include a marketplace with shopping cart capabilities, geolocation services to identify nearby businesses, and the ability to buy and redeem vouchers using QR codes or camera scanning.

The system supports multiple payment methods such as POS devices, NFC card transactions, QR code scans, and direct card number entries. Users can easily send payment requests through communication channels like WhatsApp or email, generate printable receipts, and access organizational announcements via mobile pages. The platform also offers customization options—including logo placement, fixed URLs, and layout adjustments—to support white-label branding.

Operationally, the first login process requires users to input their organization's URL. After submission, they can authenticate using their username and password. For testing purposes, the Cyclos demo site at demo.cyclos.org provides a sandbox environment where users can register accounts or use pre-existing demo credentials (user: demo1, password: 1234) for quick access through the mobile app.
